Well I see that everyone is going to disagree with me but I did my research. And the thing that defines a alpha nd omega is not their parents или family. It is in fact their personality. So it wouldn't matter what WInston and Eve were...Kate and Lilly would still be alpha nd omega.

Ты don't get it-Alpha and Omega isn't like a family/pack name, It isn't like a rank of who's born first-It's to do with your personality. If Ты like fun and games, your an Omega. If Ты want to be a leader and hunt, your an Alpha. Ты usually inhabit the Alpha and Omega traits from your family though so that's why Kate went to Alpha school. Lilly however didn't gain the same traits as her parents because she was еще of a playful type. This doesn't affect her family tree, it just means she can't become leader или mate with an Alpha.
