Does anyone know where i could find a hat like Yuri's?

I really Любовь Yuri's white hat and i was wondering if anyone knew where i could find one i can't anywhere! . Any help is appreciated! oh and also where i could get a Yuri cosplay would be nice to i can't find a good one
