The hunting/killing of any animal is 100% wrong, simple as! People may say we need to control the population of the gray squirrel, and we need to protect the red белка but what we really should do is let nature take its course as it always has done and always will do! Humans interfere with Животные way too much, we need to let them live as they were supposed to!!!
Every animal shouldnt be hunted its so unfair how can people be so cruel and the people who think its ok to do this are just as bad as the people who actually hunt them so my answer is yes i think hunting gray squirrels should be illegal

I've had squirrel. There's not a terribly large amount of meat to be had from a squirrel, but it provides meat for a тушить, тушеное мясо или something when Ты can't afford anything else. Yes, I am from the boonies.
No. I am a hunter. I eat everything I kill. Squirrels are abundant, they are a challenge to hunt, and they make a tasty meal. If Ты eat meat Ты have no rational reason to be against белка hunting. If Ты are a vegetarian, I can understand your feelings. Realize this however, vegetarians are in the minority and they will never succeed in achieving a ban on белка hunting. Find another cause if Ты expect to succeed.

That is so true. People always accuse hunters of being cruel, yet they sit there eating their burger from a cow who lived a much еще terrible life on a farm than any deer in the wild.
Squirrels are very abundant. I've hunted deer and turkeys, but never squirrels because I'm not into that (and they are so cute!). But to those who do, I'm okay with that.
I think it would help the в общем и целом, общая health of the species to have some population control instead of them dying of starvation или getting run over by cars.
