We have a fairly new animal orginization called CAARE...

It's about a год old but they are getting virtually nowhere. But we still have so many stray Животные in out neighborhood, people who live across from us have many Животные and their house smells terrible and I consider it animal abuse, the condition that these Животные live in. CARRE isn't getting many donations because the people in our city have little money, and the money the city does have is not going to the right things. The CAARE assosiation doesn't even have a building yet. I know this is very long, but what can I do about all of this? The local animal catcher Beck only saves dogs, and he either takes the Кошки and kills them или doesn't take them at all. If Ты live near my area, don't call him for any help.
