So, I think this is an interesting question. Now that we're off protagonists, pretty much anyone who makes this Список will have Остаться в живых at some point. So we know their limitations... to an extent. I could Список off dozens of powerful villains, but I'll just keep it to the ones that I thought of first. Blackbeard from One Piece should get a сиденье, место, сиденья at this table, wielding two Devil Фрукты powers and never having truly "lost" a battle. Doflamingo, one of my all-time Избранное characters, wields an awesome Devil Фрукты and Conqueror's Haki. Aizen, despite having turned awful towards the end, was incredibly powerful and very smart. In Последнее Наруто history, we've seen Obito take on a role as an incredibly destructive powerhouse with apparently no to his abilities. I could also choose Madara, who has practically every power known to man and easily dispatched every living Kage alone. Gilgamesh from Fate Zero has a свод, хранилище of endless weapons to draw from, including Ea, an anti-world weapon capable of altering the world at large. But... Listen, all of these guys are fun, and I'm sure someone's going to choose at least one of them (someone, please pick Doflamingo, I want him in this), but I really can't do so, mainly because the first name that came to mind has just stuck in my head and I can't get rid of it. I remember the first time I really got a chill from a villain, and it wasn't back in DBZ или Yu Yu Hakusho, despite those being some of my first Аниме experiences. It was in Outlaw Star, an interesting Аниме that I enjoyed but haven't rewatched. Nonetheless, this man's face stuck out to me. Lord Hazenko. An extremely proficient user of Tao Magic, he managed to work his way out of what essentially was a black hole into nothingness with relative ease. And that's before he gets a hold of the power of the Ley Line, essentially becoming nearly limitless in power, as well as the capacity to absorb others. The only reason he's defeated is due to the combined power of his enemies, who were also using the Ley Line. Just seems like an utter badass to me.
