Do Ты Think, after Ты reach a certain age you're SUPPOSED to stop watching anime? If so, what age is considered too old to watch anime?

I think what some people don't realize is that Аниме is not just for kids, but there is all kinds of Аниме for all ages. It's probably because in the Western world we're used to thinking that Мультики are for kids and/or suitable for the whole family, because that's what most Мультики are here. There are expections though, but still some people think shows like Family Guy are child-friendly... which I would not say is true, because I find the humor of that Показать offensive, but I digress. Anyway, thinking that all Аниме is suitable for children could be even a harmful supposition, for even outright violent and/or pornographic Аниме exists out there, and people wouldn't want their kids to watch it, now would they?

Nothing,I KNOW for a fact there is no age to watching anime,anime is for people of ALL ages,not just children,here's what I say,If Ты like something (no matter what age Ты are!),It shouldn't matter what people say to Ты about,It's what Ты like! People can't stop watching that certain Показать или Аниме in general,just because a few snobs,say Аниме is for children! If Ты like it,who cares what anyone says или thinks!^^

What? What crazy person is making fun of those who watch Аниме in their thirties? You're never too old for anime! That's why they make kiddy Аниме like Tokyo Mew Mew,Sonic X and others ^^ And they also make mature или teenage animes like Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni,kai and Rei,Death Note, Elfen Lied или many еще ^^ Same with Мультики ^^ yes it can be childish to watch Мультики but it's your life. So don't listen to those ignorant people and watch Аниме till Ты drop! ^^ lol

my Друзья are saying i have to stop watching it cuz they it is 4 children under 6, that is so not true and they say that Аниме is stupid, man, i really hate them they cant have their mouth shut. that makes me so mad

hmmm, lets see, it really all depends on your self-esteem and your interest in anime, ages have nothing to do with when your gonna stop because Аниме is meant for many different ages. Most people lose interest in Аниме when they have to run a family because its a distraction.

Аниме is just the same as normal series!!

I'm never going to stop it's to much of my life to stop.

I got into Аниме when I was 30 and I'm almost 39 now and still going strong. I also still watch American cartoons, like Scooby-Doo или Disney's animated features. I don't get why because something's drawn instead of filmed that that automatically makes it kiddie fodder.

Watching Аниме in an old age, is that a crime? It doesn't matter how old Ты are. If Ты feel like watching anime, just watch it!

Well, eventually Ты might lose your taste in what Ты liked as a kid. When Ты were younger, Ты might like sweets, but as an adult, Ты may not. So as Ты grow older, Ты may either still like anime, или lose your taste in it. But I don't think after a certain age Ты don't have to stop watching anime.
