Sasuke is the youngest son of the Konoha Military Police Force captain and Uchiha clan head, Fugaku Uchiha and his wife Mikoto. Mikoto named him after the father of the Third Hokage in hopes that he would grow up to be a great ninja like his namesake. As a child, Sasuke grew up in the shadow of his older brother, Itachi Uchiha who was an acknowledged prodigy who was viewed by the Uchiha clan as a genius, and whose work would further strengthen the bonds between the village and the clan. Sasuke's father in particular took an active interest in Itachi. Itachi, on the other hand, was rather ambivalent and full of oddly conflicting undercurrents, acknowledging Sasuke by taking interest in his progress as a ninja when even their father did not, but spending little quality time with Sasuke. Even after Sasuke enrolled in the Ninja Academy, he was still unable to escape Itachi's shadow. Despite consistently scoring at the вверх of every class, Sasuke failed to receive any recognition from his father, who defined Sasuke's success only in terms of his older brother. ![Syaoran (小狼, Shaoran?) is a fictional character appearing as one of the protagonists from Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle, a Манга series written and illustrated by Clamp. Syaoran was designed by Clamp using the ideas of the Манга Автор Osamu Tezuka and his звезда System in which characters from Назад series are reused in other works.[1] Syaoran was based on Syaoran Li, a character from Cardcaptor Sakura, another series written by Clamp. Syaoran and Sakura were chosen to be the series' protagonist because their Cardcaptor Sakura counterparts had a "happy ending", but Clamp pointed they would have to go throughout the series to get their "own happy ending".[2] As in the manga's start, Syaoran's character was already meant to go through development, the addition of the characters of Fai D. Flowright and Kurogane was to have side characters who would be much older than he was.[2] In early versions from the manga, Syaoran was to be portrayed as a mechanic rather than an archaeologist, with Fujitaka also being the one who taught him machines. This also influenced in his design, which had him wearing a cap, a different outfit as well as an enormous adjustable spanner.[3] After events of the Oto country, Clamp's editor for Tsubasa, Kiichiro Sugawara, wondered if "anything good ever happen[s] to Syaoran"; Clamp прокомментировал(-а) that their publishing company, Kodansha, had received lots of demands from readers for Syaoran to become "stronger" and advised Clamp "to let him have good experiences once in a while".
