How about персик Girl? It revolves around Momo and her 'best friend', Sae. The aren't actually friends, but they used to be, so...
It has a lot of conflict and romance. I'm not sure if Ты really like those, but it's worth a shot.

Pretty Cure. I'm kind of cheating here, because Ты сказал(-а) no magical girl anime, but this is the only one I could think of. Plus, unlike most magical girl anime, this has lots of action to it!

Canaan.
Though Canaan/Maria(friends) aren't the total main focus, their friendship is very apparent throughout the series. I highly recommend this anime. It's really good and so underrated. <3
