Well, right now my ultimate Избранное Аниме is Jormungand, ask again in a месяц an it'll probably be different LOL But its the first one I've watched in a while that i can't wait for the Далее episode to come out.
An ultimate manga?! i Любовь Jack Frost altho it takes forever for 'em to come out! So i'll go with Black Butler THE Манга not the anime, they are totally different! have a bunch of others i really really like but Ты say ultimate so....i guess these would be it XD

My ultimate Избранное is K-ON. <3 I'll always Любовь it! Ga-Rei: Zero is my секунда favorite. I obsessed over K-ON for a loooooong while. And I still do at Болталка x3

My ultimate Избранное Манга is Sasameki Koto and/or Prism. Those two mangas are very good and a fun read.

Baka and Test (a fun, cute comedy with some VERY well done/fleshed out characters and relations)
Baka and Test Ni (the sequel series; this series also takes the main romance seriously in the later half, thou it has yet to be resolved)
Darker than Black (a brilliant, neo-noir story; a masterfully done story, human feeling characters, and unique elements abound)
Darker then Black: Gemini of the Meteor (the sequel series; takes a risk and does the series an in entirely new way; the result is a series that allows the viewer the view the world of DtB and the character, Hei, in an entirely new way, making both еще fleshed out and еще real feeling)
Ga-Rei-Zero (a story of Любовь and hate; loyalty and betrayal; happiness and despair; "Will Ты kill the one Ты love, because of love?")

Toradora (though only a romantic comedy at first [but a VERY good one at that], the series develops into a brilliant slice-of-life romance; having the best characters/character development imo)

Right now, it would probably be Excel Saga, which spoofs and parodies many different types of Аниме genres. Unlike link, Excel Saga actually does a competent job with the parody, and the jokes (almost half of which involve breaking the fourth wall) are actually clever and funny. Not only that, but most of the characters are hilarious, hysterical, and all around awesome and likable.

wellllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll.............. obsession would have to be - gosick - a truly amazing Аниме that is just stimply.... amazing. will forever be my favorite... it was my first Аниме so it holds a special place in my сердце <3 i highly suggest it 2 any1 looking 4 a awesome drama, mystery, action, and romance!! this Показать had me frickin cry!!! ;-; check it out!!

Fairy tail или Black Bock Bhooter.Both shows are really awsome and intresting.But Black rock shooter is belive it или not but a drama.And Fariy tail will take a long time to wacth или get to the point where they will Показать new episodes every week now.Shugo chara to and it's only abut 3 weeks to finish but if Ты get obessed with it to much,then it would get to boring.But my fav Показать has to be Бейблэйд metal fight.Yeah it might seem weird,but I just Любовь it.

Well, there are a lot Аниме series Ты can watch, it's just what Ты like! bu these are my fav: Rosario+vampire, Elfen lied, Vampire knight and Pandora hearts!

Gurren Lagann. An action/adventure with some comedy in it.

Mirai Nikki. It's a blend of Elfen Lied and Death Note to be honest. BUT be warned it's kinda gory and sadist.
