HELP!!!!

I seen a Аниме in chinese and the chinese dubbers were fantastic but I don't know the english name for the Аниме and its really bothering me, can somebody help?

Its this blonde haired girl in high school and then finds this blue fairy thingy and then they both find an оранжевый squid and then the girl's Друзья started to get the fairy thingys and they all have different kinds of instrument and they sometimes go to magical realms или something thats all I can remember...^.^'
