Well Аниме is obviously about Анимация first started creating in Japan, but it soon influenced people to other things such as drawing your Избранное characters, but if Ты want help on knowing when it was first created:

The characteristic Аниме art style emerged in the 1960s with the works of Osamu Tezuka and spread internationally in the late twentieth century, developing a large domestic and international audience. I know the creator of the first Аниме was a man named Akira, he was influenced by Walt Disney.
