Where online can I watch this Anime?. I can't find it anywhere.

I asked on Facebook cause somebody Опубликовано a picture of this Аниме to the Ata All Things Аниме and Манга Facebook group. I asked what the name o9f this Аниме is called they сказал(-а) 9/11 the Animation. Than someone else сказал(-а) the Аниме is called The fall of the twins towers: Loli invasion. Either way Ты say it I still cant find this Аниме anywhere to watch online. if Ты know where I can watch this Аниме please tell me. It may be a good Аниме I don't know. Thank Ты for your help in advance. :)

first of all that Аниме does not exist. that's really just. terrible.
that image is edited. they are not from an Аниме and this is the original picture. honestly whoever edited that has an absolutely terrible sense of humor, same as the person who сказал(-а) there was an Аниме with that title.
