What's your Избранное cyberpunk anime?

Cyberpunk is a genre of Аниме that was especially Популярное in the 90's, a subgenre of scifi that centers around the idea of "high tech, low life". It's often characterized by hackers, gangs with tricked out technology, the existence of cyberspace, a dystopian city lit with neon, and a political или social change that takes place in the story.

My Избранное cyberpunk Аниме would be Akira, though the Манга is fantastic as well. What's your Избранное cyberpunk Аниме and why?
