Karma Akabane from Assassination Classroom, like seriously his name is freaking "Karma". Assassination Classroom is no horror anime, but damn, Karma is creepy as hell...LOVE HIM THOUGH. His crazy psycho attitude and ideas can give chills + he is extremely cruel and devious. A real little devil, he's young in the future he's gonna be leading the mafia или smething

Oh my god yes. The first time I saw him I was like, "Oh, he's just a cliche bad boy." NOPE 100% NOPE.
I'm gonna have to go with God/Dorm Leader from Maria Holic. Whenever she enters a scene, she's cheerfully Пение about blood, bones, или something else morbid. That, and she scares Mariya and Matsurika.
Gagoze from Nura Rise of the Yokai Clan: Demon Capital, he is by far the freakiest Аниме character I have seen including the fact he kidnaps and devours children.
