How can i get my friend into Cardfight!! Vanguard without forcing? He does like Yu-Gi-Oh!

So i got this friend who likes Yu-Gi-OH! But he will not watch Cardfight!! Vanguard. Whenever i try and Показать him the Anime, he would say nah. Not gonna play that card game. I am like Ты could at least try the Аниме than. He refuses to do either stating he is Loyal to Yu-Gi-OH! What should i do? I like Yu-Gi-OH!
