And my answer is...it depends on who the viewer is.

Now, let's just use Fruits Basket as an example. It's extremely Популярное and both the Аниме and Манга have been positively reviewed by many. Now I (and many other people) watched Fruits Basket DUBBED, and I absolutely loved it! It was my first ever anime, and with it in English, I understood everything and it wasn't so complicated.
