Probably 99% of Аниме fantards (such as myself) have heard someone call Аниме "a cartoon."
Whenever I hear this, I explode with reasons the two could not possibly be any different!
Here is the Список of reasons I have in case anyone else runs into this argument by chance:
1. Аниме is from Japan, and ONLY Japan... Мультики are dumped here from everywhere else.
2. Аниме is for all ages; Мультики are either for practically four год olds или forty год olds, with nothing decent inbetween.
3. Аниме MAKES PEOPLE CRY. DO Ты KNOW ANYONE WHO HAS CRIED BECAUSE OF ADVENTURE TIME?! NO, Ты DON'T.
