фото App. Questions!

Ok, so for websites and stuff there are programs that Ты can layer pictures, add swirls and designs and text to make it awesome! So I have two requests! One: Is there an app that has extensive фото editing ENCLUDING text! Two: Is there any фото app out (for iPhone der) that includes adding text to pictures? I really want one like that! или that I can layer, mix, and collage pictures and designs! Im not patient enough to look very hard, but i couldnt find any...help? Anyway THANKS!!!
