I am very puzzled Is there a fourth book of the Аватар или not?

Knowing that Bryan Konietzko one serial designers say yes there is a fourth part

No? there is not a fourth season it concludes with 3. The writers wrote a spin off sequel called the legend of korra that consists 4 books. But Ты don't know they might be making book 4.

No. There is however a spin off called Legend of Korra. And they did make 3 sets of comics (each has 3 parts) following the series.
