Okay, so one of the things i Любовь best about this Показать was the way in which it had a subtle commentary on gender roles. I know, Ты may ask "so, what?" или "why is this important?" Well, I'll tell you.

Often, females are portrayed as supporting characters to the all-important male protagonist. Here, this is not the case. While i am indeed a guy, i like to see that screenwriters have progressive attitudes when it comes to gender roles. If Ты notice, Katara is the one who brings Aang along with her, not the other way around. Often, she plays the teacher and not the damsel in distress.

Chapter six: Team avatar

It was 8 a.m. I was running around the house going berserk trying to make it perfect for the team avatar. Zach sat at the таблица texting this new kid named Micheal who he сказал(-а) was related to Aang and Zuko. Now Zach calls me Micheal's grandpa. Is Аватар an Anime?!

When people to talk to me about Anime, i never fail to mention my faverout shows- but whenever Аватар the last airbender crops up, people instantly jump on the fact that its apperently not a 'real anime' and im sick of it! What rite do they have to sneer at me for my taste in anime?! Just because Аватар is a low budjet creation, heavily influenced by american culture and obviously made for kids TV, it doesnt make it any less of a good show, right? I mean really, a Показать doesnt have to be full of spectacular art work and totally unique ideas to be enjoyable! I dont know about Ты guys, but presonaly i think that all the above mentioned makes it a genarelly еще easy-going and light hearted Показать thats great to watch when your in need of a little no-brainer, fun TV!
