I'm strait to but I'd pick Azula! She is so awesome and crazy! And she has cool fire! Blue fire, AWESOME! but then again Toph can metal bend!

Er... I dunno that I'd go for any. Speaking as a straight guy, I've found the girls I'd most like to date aren't 'good', they're virtuous; instead of 'tough', they're strong, and instead of 'bad', they're... well, I guess virtuous again.
Point is, if this question is asking which of the archetypes I like, I'd have to say none of them. 'Good girl' implies goody two-shoes, 'tough girl' implies tom-boy and 'bad girl' implies either a psychopath or just a rebel. None of those are all that appealing to me, in and of themselves.
If the question is asking me which of these characters I'd like to date, I'd again say none. Honestly, I'd end up winding them up, and they'd likely do the same for me. I doubt it'd work.
I may have over-thought this somewhat.

Bad Girl: Can't Keep up with her
Good Girl: Easiest
(And I Prefer Easy Jobs.LOL)

Even Though Azula will be My First Choice.
