I kind of see how she could be Vitani, but not exactly.. Not exactly

Yeah, she reminds me of Vitani out of the two. I'm not really looking for perfect matches, just something a little close.

I think Vitani's a perfect fit.

I wouldn't say Vitani is evil, more like raised into it like Azula was. She reminds me of Azula also because Vitani often brings down her older brother Nuka, and just the way she talks in general. You can tell Vitani is the smartest one out of the bunch, and she's also used like an agent. Azula did what Ozai told her to, and Vitani did what Zira told her to. ...This is what happens when my Avatar and Disney obsessions clash.

Captain Amelia sort of reminds me of her for some reason. Always knowing what to do, good leader, won't put up with nonsense or sass from anyone. And both are willing to make a daring move when the time calls for it.

I'm sorry, but I haven't seen either of these movies... but after reading the comments, maybe Vitani?
