What ever happend to звезда Nikki an Kaltag on the секунда and third balto?

Mabie the producers had to many characters on thier hands.It would be cool to see them in the other movies,but at the same time if they where,they might of barely gotten any screen time.

The characters definitely got old in age, but in Balto 3, in the E.D.A.S animations, at the end when the model of the town of Nome flashes away from the camera and goes to a fisherman with Doc? Kaltag and Nikki can be seen in the windows of apartments.
