orihime inoue but its not a bad thing...i know it annoys some people but i guess those people might be soul-less because people,human cry some time in her life and if she cries a lot its because she been thru a lot. Her parents used to hit her when she was just a baby,her brother dies,she use to get bully at school,kidnapped,beat up by loly and menloy,her Любовь ichigo dies twice(but she bought back to life in those two times)

for me the character is rangiku.
its when джин die by fighting aizen and rangiku crying in front of gin...........

ITS WHEN HE WAS Остаться в живых HIS SISTER YUVI TO THE ARRANCAR....AND ATLAST HE IS GOING TO SOUL SOCIETY..AND RANGIKU CRIES.IT STILL MAKES ME CRY............

Orihime she's really sensitive

only counting anime, it's Orihime. she's been through so much it's no wonder she cries. so yeah, she's the most sensitive.
but the character who's been making me feel the most sadness in the Аниме is probably Rukia. she might be over it, but all that about Kaien must've been hard. also that your own brother left Ты to die and your best friend helped him do so. at that time it touched me a lot.

but if i'm allowed to count the movies, it's definitely Hitsugaya.
i can't even imagine what it would be like to watch your friend die like that...
