I think Orihime is just really annoying and Rukia is one of the few female anime characters that I actually have respect for. The chemistery between the two is ideal for a couple and a long lasting relastionship

Rukia just seems like the perfect match for Ichigo, IMO. They know and understand and care for each other so deeply, and they get stronger and more focused just by being around each other - both physically and emotionally. They are each other's strength. If that's not true love, I don't know what is.

Orihime's a sweet girl, but I think she isn't as good for Ichigo. She brings him down instead of holding him up. And the feelings she has for him seem more like a crush than a genuine commitment. It's hard for me to see them in a serious, long-term, for-better-or-worse commitment...whereas with Rukia, it feels more authentic because she has such a strong connection with him. It's Ichigo and Rukia's initial friendship that lays the foundation for a deeper relationship. Who better to fall in love with than your best friend? The one person who knows the best, the worst and the just-plain-weird about you and still respects you and sticks with you?

Though I can understand how some people see it more as a brother/sister thing. It all depends on how you interpret their story and how deep you look into it. (Peace out, IchiHime fans! You're cool with me!) ^__^

and ichiruki. ichiruki b/c there better then ichihime and by the way i dont think she's right 4 him.And im a renruki b/c renji and rukia has been friends since they were kids rukia save them from a man who was chaseing them.And plus they just look so cute 2gether!!!!!and they have a nice relationship just like ichigo and rukia w/ the argueing and stuff.

ichigo has no established feelings whatsoever for Rukia..nor does she the for that matter...They have both denied feelings for one another multiple times and if you haven't noticed they are quite frank about their feelings...If you read the Bleach data book you would see the comic in the back that obviosuly hints at Orihime and Ichigo...At the moment Ichigo has no establsihed feelings towards anyone..he acts like he's more interested in Chad than anyone...As far as I'm concerned Tite made Rukia and Ichigo's relationship more like that of siblings who care for one another but aggravate eachother just as much...Orihime's feelings are unrequited at the time because ichigo is dense and unaware of her feelings...Also from a writer's perspective Kubo wouldn't have introduced Renji's feelings in the first place if he wasn't going to use them in the near future..all I'm saying is that everything is done for a reason and obviosuly though I doubt anyone will be togehter in the end (since Bleach isn't a romance however, if anyone does it will be orihime and Ichigo...if you ask me Ichigo and Rukia are the worst paring in Bleach and the very thought of that paring disgust me

Most of the reason people think ichiruki is that they are the first two characters seen in bleach and seem to get along better than Ichigo and Orihime but they just spend more time together because the are both soul reapers (or Shinigami which ever you prefer) and work together, i'd say Ichigo does feel partial to her but only because she saved his lfe and his family

Unohana, your sense of perception is astoundingly bad because I never "forced" anybody to be together. The only people who "force" anything are the delusional IchiHime shippers who justify IchiHime romance based on one-sided love of which the other character is not even aware of. At least Ichigo and Rukia like to be together and always find ways to reconnect while Orihime has delusional fantasies of Ichigo. Don't project your stupidity on me. It's not going to work.
