Which episode is this picture from?

I found this on a tumblr blog and I'm not sure what episode it's from! I've seen every episode at least 3 times and I don't remember it at all! Is it possibly from a deleted scene или behind the scenes thing that I haven't seen? Maybe on an American или European DVD (I live in Australia)...
