he says it a hell of a lot to brooke, lol, but actually i cant remember him saying it to peyton, i mean he had a long distance relationship with her for a year then didnt see her for like 3 years, if he didnt miss her then they are so not meant to be.... and then theres brooke, he was so distraught at the thought of her leaving he gave her his room, and then after not seeing her for years his face lights up and he gives her a big hug and says he missed her. huh, leyton, suck on that. sorry, i got carried away.
