So I have gotten a request from WindWaker430.. Review Adam Standler movies..

Well, least he's not making me watch Sebian Film again..

I suppose I could do this.. I like Adam Standler.. And thankfully, I don't have to review 12 Crazy Nights. Wind is gonna do that one.. Cause if I have to sit though 12 Angry Nights. Than deal off..



I still remember Grown Ups when first came out.. When I saw Adam Standler, Kevin James, Chris Rock, and David Spade, all in the cover. I was excited.. Not ironically.. I really was excited to see this movie.

So of coarse, my only reason to see that movie was to watch those 4.. And to quite honest. I honestly had a good time with this film.

Even now. My Друзья and I can look back at the first Grown Ups movie, and have enjoyable time, long as we focus on the 4 guys..

Remove Rob Synder, the wives.
And just have those 4 with their kids., That would actually make that movie a enjoyable expirence.

But instead. It's the only enjoyable part of otherwise horse-shit of a movie. That spends еще time hugging each other, than making me laugh.

Bur obviously from the title.. That's not the movie I watched for this review.. No.. I saw the sequel. Well.. Most of it.. Again just skipped past anything involving the wives.. Cause they all drive me fucking nuts. Espically Adam Standler's wife.
One of the only parts to make me almost laugh, is when Standler says.
"I'm scares she'll yell at me in that accent nobodu understands."

Another "near laugh" is when David лопата meets his son.. Just thw way he лопата reacts so calmly and deadpan, to having нож drawn on him.

Anyway.. After many many awkward, cringeworthy, jokes.. Only saved by the fact Adam doesn't use that god damn squeaky voice (that makes me really regret that Jack and Jill is one of the films Wind wants reviewed).

Eventually we meet to only enjoyable part of this movie.. The frat group. Lead by. Believe it или not. Tyler Lautner.

I don't know if I legitmentally found him funny in this. или if I was just really bored by this movie.. But Tyler was friggin "hilarious" in this movie.. I guess the fact he's not playing Jacob is the biggest plus towards him preformance.

Speaking of the Frat House.. Amongst them is my boy.. Jimmy Tatro.. или as my Друзья and I call him.

"that hilarous youtuber that kinda looks like my cousin Shane"



He plays as, what else, a douchebag fratboy.. Why not, he got his Youtube career started as a fratboy steriotype.. Why not his first movie role..

No really. This was his first movie.. It was my whole reason I saw this movie in god damn theaters.. Yeah. I wasted money on this crap.. And he only appeared for like 10 минуты of the whole movie.. Only had two speaking roles..

Only good thing this movie brought. Is that hollywood let Jimmy than take a role in 22 Jump Street.. Where he plays Rooster. And thankfully he had a much bigger role in the film.

He appeared in many other films sense than.. But sadly. None of Jimmy's roles sense 22 jump улица, уличный appear to be "funny".

He feels wasted.. But at least he made it to hollywood.

Anyway.. That's my review of Grown Ups 2..

Sort of.. I guess.. Probably didn't say much about the movie itself.

But it's defintely not the worst film I ever seen.. It's watchable..


Four and half, out of ten.

Not bad.
