Real strange question, I know, but yet...

Well Castiel is the Энджел of Thursday, in much lore, but never specifically mentioned in the Bible, but as such I would assume it means my shield, my protector или something along the lines of that sort of thing.

And Gabriel is widely accepted as an Arch Энджел that is well known in the Bible (he led the shepherds to Mary/Joseph and the baby Jesus). While the only Энджел that is directly stated to be an Arch Энджел is Michael, many people choose to believe because of the importance of the tasks дана to him that he held that high position as well...anyway I'm pretty sure that was the purpose of including him.

Raphael is also speculated to be an Arch Angel, mostly in Catholic lore because of the Book of Tobit, and in fact oddly enough Uriel is an Arch Энджел in many Catholic versions as well because of the Book of Enoch (like Enochian)...so that's interesting that they chose not to make him one.

Anyway, that is probably way еще than Ты even wanted of an answer, but I thought it worth mentioning.

Castiel also means the Энджел of solitude and tears I guess thats why he never happy on the Показать and he is also an Archangel too I think I read about it in the bible.Also Gabriel means the messager of God.

castiel is the guardian of thursday, in occult lore, but cassiel is one of the guardians of saturday, along with machatan, and uriel. he is the Энджел of solitudes and tears, he is one of the rulers of saturn, and is a ruling prince of the seventh heaven, hes also one of the princes of the order of powers, some know him as the Энджел of temperance, hes known as cassiel mocoton, and his picture is of a bearded jinn, riding a dragon. he is NOT an arch Энджел as some think, nether is catsiel, the differences i found were mostly in the spelling of the name and the день they guard, but alot of people think their the same Энджел but their not, cassiel is a fairly well known angel, while castiel is known еще from what people have heard on supernaturel ;). hope this helps alittle, info was found in "a dictionary of angels" by gustav davidson
