Child's Play how did chucky finnaly transfered his soul into Andy's body

When Andy was 13 years old and then chucky went to Andy's high school and hit Andy in the head so he would not move and finishing transfering his soul into Andy's body.

Oh yeah then how was Chucky still after Andy when he was 16 and went to Military School (Child's Play 3)
Also about 10 years after Andy was 16, Chucky was found by Tiffany
