Who thinks that Spencer's hair in the newer episodes makes him look a lot like the recurring judge on Iron Chef America?

I've never seen 'Iron Chef America', but to a few of my Друзья and myself, he reminds us of the character named Sam (Johnny Depp) from the movie 'Benny and Joon'.
I was actually wondering if he reminded anyone else of Sam.
