No there are 4 PARTS to the first season, it is unknown if there will be a секунда season, its been сказал(-а) they might be making a секунда season and its gonna be like the manga.
Maybe...the Манга is different from the anime. In the manga, the kishin was not yet found unlike in the anime. I wish it would be like Full Metal Alchemist and FMA brothethood. Both Аниме were different. In Soul Eater, I don't know. I hope they would still continue it because the Манга is so awesome.
