I think she loves max because in episode 58 she tries to Kiss him.All she goes with max and when zara has a crush on rex she won't zealous but when zara kisses max she was very zealous and also in the fate of cosmos when they scared from spectre's voice they hugged each other very tightly
what personally think that Zoe loves max do ever seen zoe alls goes with max ? and is alls beside him? did watch episode 58 that she tried Kiss max and she was jealous when Zara kissed max's cheek ?
