I'd have to say Cornelius from Thumbelina!

I think possibly Cornelius from Thumbelina, Dimitri (hair color adjustment maybe) from Anastasia, или Prince Shadow from Happily Ever After. I think those would make a good adult Peter Pan. Also Wheeler from Captain Planet. His picture is below.

I think Dimitri can be an older Peter. Just adjust his hair color. :)
