How to make an icon?

How I make mine:

1. Go to a фото editor online. I started using picmonkey, and it seems the easiest to use. But Ты can also use pixlr, ipiccy, and others.
2. In the editor, open an image from your computer. In some editors, like pixlr, Ты can choose an imagef rom the internet.
3. Make the changes to the image with the tools from the editor.
3. Resize the image to 200x200 или 100x100.
4. Save the file toy our computer.
5. Voilá! Here is your icon!
