I was certain it would be Tiana. Aurora adds a spritely but classic addition to the lineup, and will certainly appeal to those who desire a truly traditional princess, -she's a reliable character in that sense. An improvement is that there's еще to her than just being a damsel in distress; she's charming, sly, and imaginative. Unfortunately, she often fails to resonate with Дисней Фаны дана her often being stamped as having a two dimensional personality and how she serves еще as a figurehead in her movie rather than an actual viable character with depth and relatability. But that's part of Aurora's appeal, to strike a chord with someone who doesn't want a relatable character but rather a dreamy fairy tale princess for entertainment. But the fans' desire for substance over material attraction puts Aurora last.

While Snow White continuously climbs up and down the ladder of popularity (although she never makes it past the bottom 7) it seems this round she has taken a predictable turn for the worse. It's easy to pinpoint what's unappealing in Snow white. She certainly has еще of a grounded character with a base than Aurora and can create еще of a personal connection with fans-- but her constant positivity, while inspiring and uplifting, can be her downfall in this case. While some Фаны admire her for it (and the majority of others consider it just plain annoying) the fact is no one alive has the emotional strength and naivety to be as constantly positive as Snow White is, because it would be her downfall, which makes her fairly unrelatable.

Tiana is a refreshing addition to the princess lineup, but often falls short on избранное lists. The reasoning is short and simple- Tiana becomes a flat character when she turns into a frog, has inconsistent morals and motives, and the princess lineup tends to appeal to the creative, fantasy-desiring dreamers, something Tiana works vehemently hard to fight against being. No one should turn their noses up at Tiana's misgivings, however; not every girl's flaws can be that they're TOO naive and TOO romantic. She sheds a little light on those of us who are grounded and work-oriented. But the movie goes downhill when the frog fiasco starts, and drags Tiana down with it.

Although she is often accused of losing her personality, I can remember the days when Pocahontas was one of the most Популярное princesses on fanpop, though those days are long gone. The fact is she doesn't 'lose her personality'- when she's adventurous and fun and carefree in the beginning, it's because she doesn't have any worries или cares. however, When the whole conflict with John Smith and her people arises, she becomes mopey and confused because she doesn't know what to do- when someone is depressed and concerned they don't have the energy to keep running around, diving off cliffs and going over waterfalls, especially when there are еще pressing matters. But to set up a character that spent the first 10 минуты of her movie being a wild child only to have her become serious and sullen, whether logical или not, is a let-down for a lot of fans. Pocahontas' saving graces are her unique character, boldness, and bravery; otherwise I doubt most people would take interest in her at all.

There's no denying that Rapunzel has been a big hit among Дисней fans, and Рапунцель - Запутанная история as a whole. She's relatable. She's fun. She's naive, nervous, spunky, and realistic- and also not. Those of us (such as myself) who aren't Rapunzel's biggest Фаны can usually admit that while she's a good character, she's predictable, unoriginal, has no flaws, is a step backwards for the lineup, and brings nothing new to the table. She's a hit или miss for most, and seems to either have a big impact или none at all.

I think Золушка gets dismissed pretty often as one of the 'weak' classic heroines. While she definitely isn't as proactive as one of the later princesses, I think Золушка is truly an interesting character; she's an absolute 'ideal woman' of the 1950s, meaning she's elegant, refined, patient, feminine, family-oriented, graceful, and polished. I think she's actually pretty tough, if subtle, and I wish she was дана еще credit for being strong enough to live through childhood abuse and still have a song in her heart. -phantomrose89

I think I'm stuck at a roadblock for this one because to me her ranking should be and always has been fairly obvious- she's amazingly brave, smart, and having a princess Поиск for an identity and worth is a trait worthy of noting to the Дисней Princess lineup. While Snow White continuously climbs up and down the ladder of popularity (although she never makes it past the bottom 7) it seems this round she has taken a predictable turn for the worse. It's easy to pinpoint what's unappealing in Snow white. She certainly has еще of a grounded character with a base than Aurora and can create еще of a personal connection with fans-- but her constant positivity, while inspiring and uplifting, can be her downfall in this case. While some Фаны admire her for it (and the majority of others consider it just plain annoying) the fact is no one alive has the emotional strength and naivety to be as constantly positive as Snow White is, because it would be her downfall, which makes her fairly unrelatable.

Tiana is a refreshing addition to the princess lineup, but often falls short on избранное lists. The reasoning is short and simple- Tiana becomes a flat character when she turns into a frog, has inconsistent morals and motives, and the princess lineup tends to appeal to the creative, fantasy-desiring dreamers, something Tiana works vehemently hard to fight against being. No one should turn their noses up at Tiana's misgivings, however; not every girl's flaws can be that they're TOO naive and TOO romantic. She sheds a little light on those of us who are grounded and work-oriented. But the movie goes downhill when the frog fiasco starts, and drags Tiana down with it.

Although she is often accused of losing her personality, I can remember the days when Pocahontas was one of the most Популярное princesses on fanpop, though those days are long gone. The fact is she doesn't 'lose her personality'- when she's adventurous and fun and carefree in the beginning, it's because she doesn't have any worries или cares. however, When the whole conflict with John Smith and her people arises, she becomes mopey and confused because she doesn't know what to do- when someone is depressed and concerned they don't have the energy to keep running around, diving off cliffs and going over waterfalls, especially when there are еще pressing matters. But to set up a character that spent the first 10 минуты of her movie being a wild child only to have her become serious and sullen, whether logical или not, is a let-down for a lot of fans. Pocahontas' saving graces are her unique character, boldness, and bravery; otherwise I doubt most people would take interest in her at all.

There's no denying that Rapunzel has been a big hit among Дисней fans, and Рапунцель - Запутанная история as a whole. She's relatable. She's fun. She's naive, nervous, spunky, and realistic- and also not. Those of us (such as myself) who aren't Rapunzel's biggest Фаны can usually admit that while she's a good character, she's predictable, unoriginal, has no flaws, is a step backwards for the lineup, and brings nothing new to the table. She's a hit или miss for most, and seems to either have a big impact или none at all.

I think Золушка gets dismissed pretty often as one of the 'weak' classic heroines. While she definitely isn't as proactive as one of the later princesses, I think Золушка is truly an interesting character; she's an absolute 'ideal woman' of the 1950s, meaning she's elegant, refined, patient, feminine, family-oriented, graceful, and polished. I think she's actually pretty tough, if subtle, and I wish she was дана еще credit for being strong enough to live through childhood abuse and still have a song in her heart. -phantomrose89

Her attitude and aggressive nature can either be her strong point или her disadvantage.

I think I'm stuck at a roadblock for this one because to me her ranking should be and always has been fairly obvious- she's amazingly brave, smart, and having a princess Поиск for an identity and worth is a trait worthy of noting to the Дисней Princess lineup.
