Why I'm disappointed with Beauty and the Beast 2017 Reboot?

WTF? BOOM!

Hi guys, okay I noticed that there are фото of both Emma and Dan in their respective roles for the upcoming 2017 reboot of the Дисней classic. I would like to voice out my disappointments with the movie, with the exception of Emma Watson (so please don't shoot me!).

Horrible Outfits

When I first saw the фото of the Beast and Belle dancing, it was a 'What the Fish' moment for everyone, not just me. I was expecting something very majestic like what they did with Cinderella.
As somebody had mentioned, this is only an early shot and so I maybe wrong about it. So please feel free to correct me!

To Much CGI

This is the секунда reason why this movie is definitely going to FAIL! Yes, way to much CGI as predicted and I am going to cringed myself if I ever watch the movie when it comes to Malaysia.
I wonder how are they going to handle the transformation scene, must be really going down the drain while working on this one!

Prince Adam's Portrait

One thing I was really happy was that they finally Показать his parents, but the moment when the camera zooms on his face. I keep thinking of him as Draco Malfoy, или worse, A YOUNGER JUSTIN BIEBER! I just died of laughter at his portrait.
But upon watching the trailer again, I keep thinking that they look like Marie Antoinette, King Louis XVI of France and Louis XVII of France, but the latter never made it to the French трон sadly.

Happily Never After!

First and foremost, I apologise for my rant and I hope that this Статья does not give Ты a negative impression of the original 1991 animated version and the live-action coming up Далее year.

wavesurf The constant CGI effect for this movie seems to be the thing I'm noticing the most. In prior films, the CGI was better hidden, and not quite so glaring. When the CGI was done, it had a certain perfection, and a life-like quality to it. Based on the released stills, and the teaser trailers, the up and coming Beauty and the Beast relies too much on CGI.

Sparklefairy375 No offense, why you already disappointed with the remake when the movie itself isn't coming out yet. You seems to disapppointed more with the looks from this movie based from some official stills, I agree that Beast look awful and nothing special from Belle's gown, and also bad CGI too. But I just think it's kinda unfair to judge a movie only based from the available pictures (even the official trailer isn't released yet).

anukriti2409 I agree that most of the things are looking ridiculous. Beast's CGI is awful. I'm not enjoying yellow gown, it doesn't look grand at all, from what I have seen so far. I like Emma in blue peasant dress and I love the feel of Library, it looks so grand. I loved the teaser too...it has that mysterious aura. Since BATB is one of my favorite movies, i'll definitely still watch it to form a definitive opinion. I really do hope that they dont ruin Beast's character, i can live with bad CGI, but not a badly done character.

Every time I come back from a hiatus I always do this and since it's been confirmed (in an indirect roundabout kinda way) that Moana will be apart of the lineup, it's as good of a time as any.

12. Moana

There's something about her that's just very forgettable, maybe it's because her movie evokes such apathy in me. Everything about her just screams "perfect modern role model" even еще so than princesses like Belle, Poca, Мулан или Tiana and I find her even еще "marketable", "manufactured" and obnoxiously flawless than Rapunzel. I know Elsa isn't real - but I still want to wish her a Happy Birthday.

Last year, I wrote an Статья where I listed off 40 of my Избранное fan-arts of Elsa. I was very lucky that I could do it, especially since I also made a drawing for her, tried to re-watch Frozen, etc. But I was also delayed because I had an appointment with my psychiatrist in Arad, and then I had to help out my father with renovating my Godmother/cousin's house, and exercise in order to stay in good shape. While I didn't manage to release it on time for the Winter Solstice, I did finished it with only two hours into the Далее day.
