Don't get me wrong, I do want proper representation (yes, i do, actually, even though the most cynical of Ты won't believe it). What I don't want is tokenism, a character that has no personality beyond what is defined for them- their skin color/sexuality/etc. It's like if Дисней made a fat princess whom her whole personality revolved around food, или a bisexual princess who went around having crushes on everybody and being described...

13. Rapunzel tower dress:
It's the most generic dress i could have imagined for a princess, purplish pink, with motives and stripes and criss-cross stitching, like the designer was sort of confused as to which Дизайн to follow, and put them all in one. I'm not a Фан of puffy sleeves either, and why there's this stripes on them, really off-putting. They could have done better with the color and design. Only good thing about the dress is its silhouette, very modest and flattering. I don't know if it Форс-мажоры her personality...

I Любовь Disney's music, especially from the team of Alan Menken & Howard Ashman. Alright this is еще of a rant than anything because "Enchanted" is one of my Избранное Фильмы and I cannot believe she isn't in the line up или is thought of as a Дисней Princess. And I know the movie is making fun of the stereotypical princess when she meets the real world but there are so many allusions to the movie, especially The Little Mermaid in a lot of them. BUT ANYWHO let's get started.
The usual reason Дисней deems a character a Дисней Princess is usually because they are the heroine of the movie and have a few musical numbers where сказал(-а) heroine sings in. They also are very beautiful...

For me, Belle is one of the smartest princesses. I know some of Ты wouldn't agree, but I really think she is brainy. Now I'll start my discussion...

1. Being a Bookworm
For me, bookworms are oftenly smart. Ты know, the еще Ты read the еще Ты learn, the еще Ты absorb information. Plus, Чтение a lot of stories makes her articulate and English literate. Last one, this is a personal experience, all of the bookworms I know are one of those very smart people I know in this world, so it may also be the same instance as Belle.
