Cinderella is more proactive than passive, I think. Yes, she stayed with her stepfamily, but that was a smart move. When an opportunity (the ball) appeared, however, she seized it. She also went to the ball against her stepmother's orders.

Belle is tied with Cinderella, and it is almost the same thing: she can be passive sometimes, but she also acts when it is needed.

Wellll...Snow White! Snow is in no way passive. She's quite assertive. She's not afraid to go into someone else's home and tell them what to do. If we're talking about Aurora, she's pretty passive, though not as much as some people make her out to be.

My favorites are Cinderella, Belle and Elsa I'm not going to lie to try and defend them...the ARE passive I'm a mixture of passive and proactive but I like the passive princess because they are happy with where they are though belle and Elsa are a mixture of both idk I feel another option should be added like: 'she is both passive and proactive'

Ariel is totally proactive. She decides her fate and Sebastian is ocasionally there to help her (and sometimes he convinces him to do that).

Rapunzel is definitely proactive! When Mother Gothel wouldn't take her, she went herself.

Rory is quite passive, not as much as people claim tho.

Elsa: Sort of a mix of passive and proactive
Belle: Everyone says she's passive, but I think she's more proactive

And I definitely disagree about Cinderella being proactive.
