They look similar, but their smiles, eye shapes, cheek bones, expressions, eyebrows, etc are very different

They look exactly the same. They're basically twins since they have the same face (same noses and overall skull). Elsa just has eyeshadow on. This doesn't bother me though. They are supposed to be sisters and this is a cartoon. Giving them slight differences like hair color, hairstyles, skin tone, outfits, makeup, etc., it works for me anyway.

Funny how the picture that says "No" has them side-by-side, looking and smiling exactly the same, further proving that point.

I would say similar not the same. They're sisters. They have different face shapes, cheekbones, eyebrows, and lips.

Of course there are similarities, they're sister. But I think her bodies, cheekbones,noses and eyebrows are different

What all of the "No" voters said. They look VERY similar, but it doesn't bother me. :) When Anna's hair turns white they are still distinguishable.

Nah, expressions are genetic just as they are personality, some people are physically unable to frown well (I am terrible at frowning) and lines form from expression

How are their noses different? They have the same nose.
