I love Tiana as a character and the plot was good at first but after Tiana became a frog it kinda went down the hill.

Tiana has lop-sided characterization. The plot is all over the place ( which is a pattern I also saw in Frozen). The inconsistencies in this movie stand out a lot, and most of the characters are irritating.
