Mushu's selfish and idiotic attitude. It wasn't just selfish but also idiotic. Mushu wanted Mulan to stay single forever? I guess in ancient China staying single forever is considered as biggest dishonor.

Mei. Probably the most annoying female Disney ever created. She is similar to Merida in bad way. She is selfish, irresponsible and fell for Yao whom I can't stand. Eric is at least worthy of great sacrifies. Also unlike Merida, Jasmine didn't have to marry for peace, one of the most important things in the world to me.

Yao/Mei - the sequel proofs than Yao didn't really change and remains narcissistic and self-centered person who expects undeserved admiration from women and judges women by how willing are they to please his enormous ego. I wish they gave Yao a character development and more mature person as love interest instead of this impulsive, overly excitable, foolish girl with extremely low standarts on men.

Ling/Ting-Ting - I like it even less because unlike Mei, Ting-Ting has awesome personality and is too good for such love interest. She is courageous and selfless young woman, while Ling the Backstabber is another self-centered jerk with an enormous ego. He starts flirting with an engaged princess and fell for her only looks. Later he found out that Ting-Ting finds his jokes funny and began love even more. He never seems to notice or appreciate her courage, never thanks her for a sacrifies she agreed to do, despite this sacrifice is needed for Ling's safety and safety of his family and friends.

Three soldiers not getting any character development. Like stated earlier, the soldiers never changed their self-centered expectations on women. They got the women exactly like they were dreaming about in the first movie.
