Although his race isn't really important, I have to admit it's something I've been desperately trying to figure out.

Since he does come from a fictional country, it could be a totally new race, but likely not.

He's got an Indian name, he's played by a brazillian actor & has a brazillian accent, and he knows a couple of european languages. So he confuses me.

My hunch is he may be someone of Indian descent who's family has been residing in a latin country like Brazil. I feel Maldonia is a latin country.

My second guess would just be a tan white guy.

He's totally not hispanic in my mind. I have no idea what he is but I always refer to him as Punjabi.

It's tough. He looks like he is European/African mix. He has a European-ish accent. Maldonia could either be in Europe or Africa by the sounds of it. I guess we'll never know.

I'll just say Mixed but I don't know with what. Doesn't seem Hispanic. Not the typical East L.A. ones I see anyway. XP Are there any Indian guys who look like that?

It's obvious he is half-indian half-something else - but he definitely has no African or Caucasian lineage. How do I know this? At the very end you see his parents: his mom is clearly wearing a sari, a dress only worn by Indians. So he is definitely half-indian with the assumption that his mom is full-Indian. Also his name is Naveen, clearly an Indian name. His dad is most likely of a middle eastern lineage, but could be Indian as well. But he clearly is a swarthy gent. Regardless, know that there are Indian who are white enough to pass for white and there are Indians who are dark enough to pass for black. I'm indian and my family runs the gamut from very fair to very dark complected. Thus he is a half-Indian multiracial prince.

His mom was wearing saree, which indicates she’s Indian. As for his father, he looks ambiguous as well. But he could also be mixed. Probably Mexican. Or some other Hispanic. In case y’all don’t know, Mexican isn’t a race, it is a nationality/ethnicity. Mexicans are of Native American and Spanish decent. Sometimes of African as well.

I don't know his father side 100% but one think I'm damn sure and believe he's half-indian for sure as his name is naveen which is also a indian name(You can search on google) plus his mother wearing Saree in the very last scene of movie when he marry with tiana(You can watch that scene on YouTube) . Which is a straight proof he's half Indian for sure.

Possibly all around Asian speicifically Indian and Fillipino or Blasian possibly!
