I am doing this because there was so many comments last round about Jasmine being more loved than Belle

Jasmine, Jasmine, JASMINE! I'm telling you, as a little girl, I barely remembered Belle, and most kids I know don't remember her either! But they sure remember Jasmine, and LOVE her!

Yeah, I'm going with Jasmine. When I was a little girl, I didn't care about Belle. I would watch Jasmine in the Aladdin series, always going on adventures, and kicking butt. So she was more familiar and fun to me. Belle was the plain looking girl who had no adventure besides getting cooped up in a castle. *yawn*

I'm not sure about my little nieces though. I just have a feeling that they like Jasmine more.

As a kid, I was the opposite. I didn't care for Jasmine that much but I adored Belle. Belle and Ariel were my idols when I was a kid!

tho i never got into jasmine until last yr but i will say she is more likeable for kids than belle but belle is 2nd jasmine is 3rd

I only saw Aladdin once when I was younger, because Jasmine seemed spoilt to me. I reckon I saw Beauty and the Beast a zillion times, coz Belle had a good attitude about everything :)

Must I repeat myself? I've been saying this the whole time. I never Particularly liked Belle as a kid. I always loved them all, but Belle was just never one of my favorites. I much preferred Jasmine, just like most of the kids I know. They find Belle to be a bit boring- they don't understand the whole "social outcast" thing that she's going through, whereas when they get older and start to understand it, they start to like her more.

I hated Belle when I was little. So much so that I shunned BatB. She wasn't what the character of Beauty (yes, from the fairytale) was supposed to be about and it irked me. The others all fitted their persona but I was like "Beauty? BEAUTY? Have they even looked at her? Those 3 are more pretty! THIS IS RUBBISH. ME NO LIKE!"
I much preferred Enchanted Christmas because they totally ass-raped her character and created something closer to my beloved fairytale books.

I loved Jasmine when I was little. She was one of the more redeeming factors of the original Aladdin movie for me because I still prefer King of Thieves after all these years. When someone mentioned Aladdin to me, I didn't think of Jafar or the Cave of Conders. My mind went to the Forty Thieves and the Hand of Midas.

Well, as I've said before, I'm loved Belle since I first saw her movie when I was 3. I liked Jasmine too, but not as much as Belle. That being said, I think most kids like Jasmine better.
