I guess it really depends on the story, though. There definitely should be more than one or two, but there shouldn't be an overload of songs, either. Musicals aren't good when the songs are created just to have songs- the music needs to add something to the story.

Well, I don't really care about the amount, as long as they're good.
It's quality my friends not quantity.
Hmmm can you imagine Flynn singing? He doesn't really come off as the type to burst into song at any given moment....

probably about six...maybe five or four depending on how sucky the songs are. if they're fabulous, six or seven. if they're sucky songs, four or five.
