Im using classic disney princesses in this question, and i dont consider mulan or pocahontas as princesses cause they werent born in or married into royalty :)

Im just stating a fact that they can be classed as princesses but they are not truly princesses. at any point in the movies does it say they marry a prince or their father is king etc... i dont mean to offend anyone. i love disney and i love mulan and poca but i just dont see how they are.

Second, Mulan's movie was very popular and successful, so that's why she is included. As for Pocahontas, I am pretty sure that she was added because the public liked her too.

I honestly don't blame you about Rapunzel, because a lot of people don't know about that. But she was born a princess, so yeah.

Oh, and I agree with ppgbelle4. This is the DP spot. What did you expect us to do, say "Okay, whatever" when you're leaving out two well-liked princesses?

Belle and Cinderella, aren't born in royalty but they are princess.Then,why Mulan,Pocahontas and Rapunzel aren't princess?anyway,my favorite princess is Aurora..

I'm afraid I agree with everyone else, AlisonAmy. Like, Mulan isn't a princess at all in her story. We all know this. But she is considered DISNEY royalty and the company classified her as a "princess" because they included her in the Disney Princess lineup. It's just how it is. *shrugs*

Ok if you don't consider Mulan, Pocahontas, and Rapunzel to be princesses I'm afraid you're not going to get along well in this spot. EVERYONE on here considers them to be Disney Princesses. True, they are not technically royalty (though Pocahontas can be argued to be an Indian Princess because her father was chief), but they are part of the franchise, therefore they are DISNEY Princesses.

I don't mean to come off rude, but according to the DP site, Mulan and Poca for sure are princesses (it doesn't matter if they were actually princesses in the movie or not). Whether you wanted to include them in this pick is your choice but whether or not they're official disney princesses is not up to you. Before you argue with the fans of this spot, please keep your facts straight. And like ppgbelle4 said, we're hardcore so...

Yeah, this club is the for the Offical Disney Princesses and Disney believes that Pocahontas and Mulan are deemed worthy of being in the lineup.

If this club were Just for Disney girls that were born or become princesses in their movies, we would have Kida and Eilonwy here as well, and they are not in the lineup for reasons such as, that their movies didn't do well.

I my favourite is Pocahants but she isn't up ther. Why I ask, I meaning others I get why they are there but Pocahontas is a princess too. She is the daughter of a chief , and Mulan I think shouldn't but counted as a princess because she isn't and daughter of a royal family nor did she marry a prince.

She is the best! I love ariel she is a mermaid, how cool is that!
