Belle was eliminated. The results were tied for her and Snow White, but I broke the tie by the comments: Belle had five comments against her, while Snow White only had four.

Compared to the others, anyway. Snow White was strong enough to stay positive after the Queen tried to have her murdered (she would probably be my next choice after Tiana though). Mulan obviously needed a lot of mental strength to get her through training, especially as she had to conceal her true identity. Cinderella stayed strong and remembered her dreams during years of abuse. Rapunzel had the strength to stand up to Gothel, sacrifice her freedom for Flynn's life and at the end of it all was still mentally stable. Tiana has the least strength to me, because she doesn't seem to know whether she believes in wishing on stars or not, and she seems quite vulnerable when she thinks Naveen is marrying Charlotte.

As determined as she is, she also nearly falters a couple of times during the movie. First she betrays her morals when she kisses the frog and later on she nearly gives up the amulet. And unlike the others, she had a father who fully supported her dream, instead having to fight on their own

Reason being she isn't very mentally stable. After WWMLB Reprise the whole bipolar moments she goes through. She is naive, but she does overcome that in the end. She is loses her faith in Flynn and gives in. She is no longer happy and is vulnerable after she loses him. I find Tiana much more mentally strong than Rapunzel.

Jeez, Tiana has a two moments of understandable human weakness after being otherwise uncompromisingly dedicated to her goals, morals, and ideals, and then suddenly all of her mental strength through the rest of the movie and her whole life amounts to nothing.

I've said before I find the classic princesses emotionally strong, but I personally don't find Snow White mentally strong. After she learns the queen is trying to kill her she lets her imagination get the best of her and sees the forest as trying to attack her. She calms down only after the cute animals come out and she realizes there was nothing to be scared of in the first place. She's a good caretaker to the dwarves, but tosses their warning about not letting strangers in the house right out the window as soon as the birds try to chase the old woman away. She also lets the old woman manipulate her into believing the apple she's trying to sell is a "magic wishing apple." Sorry, but just buying that hook, line and sinker never came across as mentally strong to me.

I completely agree with Tygers_Eye. It was so easy for the queen to trick Snow into taking a bite of the apple, and it's understandable why Snow did it but only because of Snow's logic. The wishing well worked for her so she assumed the apple would too. She's emotionally strong but not mentally.

I hate to be rude, but why is she even here? She's no way stronger than Belle, Merida, Pocahontas.... I don't really count optimism as a strength (although I see extreme pessimism as a weakness...) because staring at the light too long makes you blind.

Annabethanco - She is here because she stayed strong even though she was abused by her stepmother and is resilient (recovers fast). After she discovered someone was after her, she put her thoughts in order and went to find a place to stay. At least, that's why I think she is still here.

I agree with Tygers_Eye, although Tiana kind of deserves to go now too.
