I'd say the best moral is Aladdin's. Simple & True.

True love can't didn't conquere Hitler, 9/11, or the Vietnam War. Actually, the more I think about it, doesn't love usually act as the beginning of a problem. Not saying that happened in real life, but that does tend to happen in books. I mean, look at the honest lyrics of 'Hero' by Nickelback.

'Someone told me love would all save us'
'But how can that be, look what love gave us'
'A world full of killing, and blood spilling'
'That world never came'

I wish it did, but it just doesn't.

If true love conquered all, then there would be no War on Terror, or dictators (cough*Castro*cough) or diseases. True love can conquer a lot, but not those things.

Both of these morals sound like your doing nothing

This or sleeping beauty. Though I don't think either are terrible, just a little too steeped in fairy tail logic to be real world applicable. I chose this because at least with sleeping beauty the message was still about work. It wasn't just saying if you wait around loving hard enough a fairy will come and solve your problems. It's the hard work that's fueled by love that wins.
As for this, I like the message of not losing hope or kindness, but happiness and success aren't given to you just because you spent long enough feeling like you should get them one day. You earn them by working for them, not by wanting them.

Be kind & have faith and you will be rewarded is probably one of the best, it is what we all need here...
