It mostly has to do with the time era.

Ariel is second for me. She has both good qualities and bad.. her bad being, running off to dangerous places, falls in love with the first human boy she sees and gave up a possibility to see her family, as well as her freedom, tail, and voice. And in the end, she gets what she wants, basicly.

I love Ariel, and I'm not trying to be nit-picky, it's just that these aren't entirely great aspects.

As much as I love her, I would think that her's is the worst since she disobeys orders and her actions lead to extremely terrible circumstances. I don't think Snow White is a bad role model, she just deviates from the current feminist form of thinking of what a woman should be in today's world, but I believe that a woman can be a Snow White or a Tiana, whatever she wants to be, they both have good qualities. There's nothing wrong with a woman who wants to be good at cooking, baking and cleaning and there's nothing wrong with a woman wanting a career, as long as it's her decision.

i just think the oters are better role models. but i agree with Moondance.
