Why is the Lion King and Finding Nemo called one of the best Дисней movies?

For all the people who came to get mad at me, I Любовь those Фильмы and know they are really good. But why are they being called the best, other Дисней Фильмы are in my вверх list. Sorry if I get anyone upset.

Probably due to the characters and the thought-out story plots.
Though TLK is far from an original story since it's only the animal-based version of Shakespeare's Hamlet.
